R – Respect for self, others and property

U – Use of appropriate language

L – Learn to comply with requests

E – Expect to stay on task to achieve individual and group goals

S – Safety, Safety, Safety

Being respectful, not using offensive language, following directions, staying on task, and safety are the basic rules at CNS.  Each component of R.U.L.E.S. is given a numerical score each period ranging from 0 to 4.  4 is above and beyond, 3 is no warnings, 2 is 1 warning, 1 is 2 warnings, and 0 is 3 warnings and results in an infraction report.  The infraction report is recorded on Native American Student Information System (NASIS) for student Multi-disciplinary team meetings and reports.
